The ducted aircon panel in my new unit wasn’t turning on, so I called Tierneys. Macca called early the next morning, helped me troubleshoot over the phone, and quickly found the issue — the outside isolator switch had been turned off (by me!). Macca was polite, helpful, and friendly. I’ll definitely use Tierneys again and recommend Macca and the team to others. Thanks, Macca!

Installed two air conditioners for me. Recommended both of the units and took into consideration my concerns about cost. Worked incredibly efficiently and left the area very clean and tidy. Both units are working fantastically. Very friendly service too. Would definitely recommend.
